About Ellen Reinhold, LMT

I am a mom to two amazing kiddos, wife, licensed massage therapist, wellness transformation coach, and an entrepreneur. 

While playing soccer for Long Island University, CW Post in 1999 I earned my Bachelor of Science.   During my time as a student athletic trainer I found my passion in helping athletes using hands on therapy. Continuing my education to graduate from New York College of Health Professions in 2002 for Massage Therapy.

I've always had a passion for helping others while having an entrepreneurial mindset.  In 2003, I was co-founder and co-owner of Touch Evolution Therapeutic Massage, PC on Long Island. "Evolving towards optimal wellness" was the plan.  As we all know life doesn't always go as planned...  Lets just said i've made a lot of lemonade with all those lemons.  All which has brought me to where I am today and I am forever grateful for the lessons learned, growth and inspiration that lead me to now.  

I was an athlete, active and then I wasn't... I don't know what happened but in the blink of an eye I didn't recognize myself or the person I was becoming.  I wasn't the mom or wife I wanted to be. I would hide behind the camera, taking all the pics but never wanting to be in them.  Wondering if my kids would have any documentation that I was in fact there for their life events.  I was overweight, exhausted and even worse my self confidence was effecting my life.  I was not living life to the fullest but merely getting through the day.  Did that mean I didn't love that life I had... Of course not!  I was blessed to be surrounded by so much love... my children, family, friends.   I deserved more, my circle deserved more!   I am so grateful that I was inspired by my coach to give Nutritional Cleansing a try.   Not only did I have amazing results losing 40lbs in a short period of time, I had a a new found energy and confidence.  That's right confidence... Me!  You don't know what you don't know.  Well now I know and it would be a disservice not to share this gift with others.  I am beyond grateful I was open to this opportunity that inspired me to be the best version of me.  

Life has given me and my family the opportunity to relocate to the Incredibly Beautiful Lake George area.  In 2016 I established Inspired Touch, continuing to share solutions that are changing lives from the inside out!  Motivating others to live Healthy, be Happy, experience Abundance and enjoy an Inspired life.
